Do you work with letting agents and property managers?
Yes. We can sweep every property on a portfolio, issue certificates per address and send one consolidated invoice.
Can you cover several sites across Norfolk?
Yes, we plan routes across the whole county, from Holt and Cromer to Norwich, King's Lynn, Dereham, Thetford and Diss.
Will we get paperwork for our fire risk assessment and insurer?
Every visit comes with a dated sweep certificate per flue, plus smoke test and CCTV reports where required. It's the trail your FRA, insurer and EHO expect.
