We're based at 44 Queens Road, Fakenham, but the van spends most of its life on Norfolk's roads. From the coast to Breckland, the city to the smallest village, if you're in the county we'll come to you.
There's no call out charge within Norfolk and no "you're a bit far for us" here. chimney sweeping, wood burner servicing, CCTV inspections and certificates are all available across the whole county, for homes and businesses alike.

North Norfolk & the coast
Our home patch. From our base in Fakenham we're out along the coast most weeks, sweeping open fires in period cottages, wood burners in holiday lets and everything in between.
Norwich & central Norfolk
Regular rounds through the city and the market towns around it: terraces with original fireplaces, rural properties with multi fuel stoves, and commercial premises alike.
West Norfolk & Breckland
Down through the Brecks and across to the west of the county. If you're heating with wood through the winter, we'll keep your flue clean and your insurance valid.
South & East Norfolk
From the Broads to the south of the county, and everywhere in between. If your village isn't listed, ask: if it's in Norfolk, we'll almost certainly come to you.
